The genesis of the proposal is based on breaking a space between the different buildings and the creation of a continuous space in the lower level and an open space in the top level. This makes vision open throughout the central zone and existing architectures. The global visual appearance is founded on small abstract pieces coming out of the ground along the natural forms of the area, allowing a balanced relationship between the new buildings and existing town. The main materials are glass blocks, natural wood and the landscape vegetation itself. The proposal is a combination of traditional and modern, natural and synthetics elements, glass blocks beside tree leaves, natural wood combined with synthetic layers. The key of the proposal is the balanced trlation between these contrasts.
